  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Isabella’s Donuts, whether in-store, online, or via third-party delivery platforms.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed and paid for in advance. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or failure to pick up orders.
  • If an issue arises with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion and only for valid concerns.

4. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom and bulk orders require at least 48 hours’ notice and may be subject to additional lead times based on availability.
  • A 50% deposit is required for large orders, which is non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.

5. Loyalty Program & Promotions

  • Participation in our loyalty program is subject to separate terms, available upon request.
  • Discounts, coupons, and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions without prior notice.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Our products contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur.
  • Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Isabella’s Donuts is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, supplier shortages, or third-party delivery issues.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
