Loyalty Program Rules
How Our Loyalty Program Works:
At Isabella’s Mochi Donuts, we appreciate your continued support and want to reward you for every purchase. Here’s how our loyalty program works:
- Earning Points:
- You will earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent (before tax and additional fees) at any of our participating locations.
- Points are awarded based on the subtotal amount of your purchase, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or discounts.
- Points Promotions:
- From time to time, we offer double points promotions. During these events, you can earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
- Points promotions are announced via email and in-store, so be sure to keep an eye out for our special offers!
- We also offer special point promotions, like 50 points for a box of donuts on top of your regular points
- Redeeming Points:
- Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them.
- You can view your points balance at any time by signing into your account on our website or through our app.
- Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Exclusions and Limitations:
- Points will not be earned on purchases of gift cards, and any returns or refunds will result in the associated points being deducted from your account.
- Loyalty points do not expire, but we reserve the right to make changes to the program or point expiration policies with prior notice.
- Tracking Your Points:
- You will receive updates on your point balance via email and at checkout. You can also track your progress through your online profile.
- In case of any discrepancies in your points balance, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Program Changes:
- Isabella’s Donuts reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Any modifications to the program will be communicated through our official communication channels.
